Unlike Swedish or deep tissue massage where you lie passively, Thai massage is performed on a mat and combines acupressure, assisted yoga-like stretching, and energy line work. It is done fully clothed and focuses on restoring energy flow and flexibility alongside muscle relief.
Most of our sessions are available in 60 or 90 minute durations. Signature and VIP treatments can go up to 120 minutes. We recommend 90 minutes for a complete and deeply restorative experience, especially for first-time visitors.
Both are welcome! Walk-ins are accommodated based on availability. However, to guarantee your preferred time slot and therapist, we strongly recommend booking in advance via WhatsApp at +91 90363 11513 or by calling us directly.
For traditional Thai massage, comfortable loose clothing is ideal as it is performed fully clothed. For oil-based treatments like Swedish or aromatherapy massage, we provide premium disposable draping to ensure full privacy and comfort throughout your session.
We recommend consulting your doctor before booking during pregnancy. We offer gentle prenatal-friendly treatments for clients in their second trimester. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can assign a suitably trained therapist and adapt the session accordingly.
For stress relief and general wellness, once every 2–3 weeks is ideal. For chronic pain, muscle tightness, or sports recovery, weekly sessions deliver the best results. Our therapists are happy to recommend a personalised schedule during your visit.
